Sorry for the delay writing you this week, but I recently made some radical changes in my life….
Due to health and mobility issues with Sammy, my lovable pet dog, I had to move from the perfect home on the beach in Santa Monica to the “overly commercialized” Hollywood Hills.
Our home in Santa Monica was 2-levels, and she just couldn’t manage the stairs. So we found a new house that is ground-level only.
The view of the city is spectacular, but I already miss the walks by the beach, the ocean breezes and wonderful “smells” of paradise living.
It’s been quite a transition.
I had to shred 100 lbs of documents and donated 20 boxes of “stuff” because I just couldn’t bring everything with me.
Another Dr. friend of mine….an expert on organization and de-cluttering your life…helped me to finally “let go” of everything I didn’t really need. Although I did a lot of kicking and screaming along the way. 🙂
It’s all for the best, and I know Sammy will do better in our new location. We’re exploring some new alternative therapies, including PRP Therapy and Proto-Therapy, in hopes it will provide some longer-term pain relief and improvement in mobility.
I’d love to hear how you managed to turn any sudden and unexpected events into a positive in your life. And if you and/or your pets have ever had success with alternative therapies for mobility issues such as arthritis, torn tendons or ligaments, etc.
Please leave a Comment below and share your story with me.
Thanks and I hope you have an incredible week!
To your success,
Dr. Elena Pezzini
